John was born and raised in Rockaway Beach in Queens, NY. He now resides with his wife and two children in Rockville Centre, NY. John is a graduate of the University at Albany where he graduated with a degree in American History. After college, John realized his future was better spent working with his hands and that began his career in the construction field, which now extends over ten years. After being disappointed with his own home inspection, his brother Devon brought the idea of starting Maguire Brother’s Home Inspection to him.
